i would like the law city to look like a classic roman city with lots of guards with tower shields walking around in phalanx in the background. lots of old men discussing silly philosophies and people meeting in a group, this city is run on Communism, where no one in it has greed, everyone is there for the greater good. so the ideal from of Communism.
