Right now concepts are slightly vague so we can add a lot of interesting abilities for each of them so they all feel different.
Each 3rd job class (or double elemental class) should have ways of customizing there skills. like able to choose from a bunch of different companions, or have underlings that are learning the types of magic you know, like trainees. or one class links to certain weapons
Also all monster/zombie raising classes are able to pick any enemy, including bosses, you just need to be a certain level in order to capture and raise/zombieify them. The higher the level you have to be to raise them, the less they can level up since they are more powerful.
